MRS. WILLHIMENA TAYLOR

Mrs. Willhimena Taylor, 60, of 240 E. Pecan St., died Monday morning in a local hospital following a long illness.

Mrs. Taylor was born Nov. 26, 1912 in Pelican, La., and was the daughter of Jess and Pearl Cox Denson.

She had been a resident of El Dorado since 1922. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Jo Hill Garden Club and was also a member of the Southside Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents of El Dorado; her husband, Huger H. Taylor of El Dorado; a son, Bobby G. Taylor of Haughton, La.; a daughter, Mrs. Lottie Jean Short of Dumas; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Rumph Mortuary with the Rev. Roy B. Hilton and Rev. Harold Carter officiating.

Burial will follow in Arlington Cemetery under the direction of Rumph.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Ederington, John Vernon Taylor, Kenneth Taylor, Frank Bubblis, Kenneth Short, A. G. Kelly, Floyd Parham, J. B. Harrell and Ernest Elam.
