Services for Willia Mae Dunn were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, 2003 in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Winnfield, LA with Revs. Kenneth Tarver and
James Simons officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home, Winnfield, LA.
Mrs. Dunn, age 97 of Winnfield, LA died Saturday, March 1, 2003 in the Winn Parish Medical Center.
She was born in Winn Parish, the daughter of William and Sara Wright Grice, she was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where she was
the pianist for 38 years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Christine Allene Cooper.
Survivors are one son-in-law, J.C. ``Jack'' Cooper of Natchitoches, LA; two great granddaughters, Angela Cooper of Houston, TX and Shantell Humphries of
Winnfield; and three great-great grandchildren, Haylie, Chance and Hannah.
Pallbearers were: Jim Ryan, Jason Coleman, Butch Wiggins, Kenneth Peavy, Shane Jones and William Jones.
