William A. Beall

BUNKIE, La. -- William Alexander Beall, 72, died at his residence at Morrow at 11:45 a.m. Friday. He was a retired farmer, and a native of Georgetown.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mabel Beall; a son, W. C. Beall of Baton Rouge; two daugh[t]ers, Mrs. W. C. Fisher of Morrow, and Mrs. W. L. Buckley of Slidell; a brother, George Beall of Pineville; and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Holmes of Georgetown, Mrs. Ollie Gayer and Mrs. Lelia Costello, both of Pineville; and eight grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held today at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Hixson Bros. Funeral Home in Bunkie. Burial will be in the Myrtle Grove cemetery in Opelousas.
