W. JONES RITES HELD AT CHAPEL

BERKELEY, April 16. -- Funeral services were held here today for William Anselm Jones, 65, of 2613 Hillegass Avenue, a resident of Berkeley for 17 years, who died Friday on his ranch near Red Bluff.

Jones was associated with a son, Preston Anselm Jones, in the electrical contracting business.

He was a native of Louisiana.

Survivors include his son; his widow, Anita, and a daughter, Mrs. Sydney Ann McCullough of Berkeley.

The services were held at the Little Chapel of the Flowers.

Rites Are Conducted For Former Modestan

Funeral services for W. A. Jones, 65, former Modesto resident, were held yesterday in Berkeley, where he had resided for the past 17 years. He died last Friday night of a heart attack at his ranch near Red Bluff.

Jones came to California 39 years ago and settled in Modesto. He lived here 22 years.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Anita R. Jones; a son, Preston A. Jones; a daughter, Mrs. Sydney McCullough; and a grandson, James M. McCullough, all of Berkeley.
