William Bellew
William Ellurd Bellew, 70, a life-long resident of Harrison County residing at Rt. 2, Box 301, North Biloxi, died at Howard Memorial Hospital at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday.
A retired carpenter, he was a member of United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Rosa Smith Bellew; one son, John S. Bellew, North Biloxi; three brothers, Aden Bellew, Ocean Springs, Preston Bellew, Saucier, and Tommy Bellew, Biloxi, and two sisters, Mrs. Mamie Cruthirds, Ocean Springs, and Mrs. Dellie Williams, Biloxi.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday from the Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Biloxi, with services by Rev. Russell Fletcher, pastor of Coalville and White Plains United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Biloxi Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
