State of Mississippi
County of Jasper.

I, William B. Shoemaker, a resident and citizen of the Second Judicial District of Jasper County, Mississippi, being over the age of twenty one years, and of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament to be as follows, to - wit:

First: I direct that my Executors hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and funeral expenses out of the property belonging to my estate.

Second: I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Mrs. Sallie Shoemaker and my children, Lula Victory Smith, Fannie L. Hendry, James W. Shoemaker, Ada Isabella Jordan, Ida Virginia Montgomery, Sarah Annie Sims, Aba Lena Sims, Cora Ethel Dawkins, and Lela Mae Shoemaker Montgomery, all of my estate both real and personal, of every description, of which I may be possessed, to which I have any right, claim or demand, at law or in equity, at the time of my death, except, the SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 and SW 1/4 of NE 1/4 Section 33, Township 3, Range 11, containing 80 acres more or less, in Jasper County, State of Mississippi.

Third: I give, devise and bequeath until my beloved wife, Mrs. Sallie Shoemaker, the following described lands, in the Second District, Jasper County, Mississippi, to - wit:

SE 1/4 of NE 1/4 and SW 1/4 of NE 1/4
Section 33, Township 3, Range 11, containing 80 acres more or less, as long as she shall live, and then at her death, to be equally divided between my surviving heirs.

Fourth: I appoint my sons, Robert E. Shoemaker and J. W. Shoemaker, Executors of this, my last will and testament, and I direct that they be not required to give bond as such Executors.
