Services for Mr. William C. Webb, 87, of 1401 Hill Crest Dr, Alexandria, will be at 10 a.m. Monday April 13 at Hixson Bros. Funeral Home Chapel in Alexandria, Rev. Tracy Arnold, Pastor of First United Methodist Church of Alexandria, officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park in Pineville, Ark. [sic Pineville, La.]
He died at 7:15 a.m. Sat. April 11, 1981 at St. Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria following a long illness. Mr. Webb, born in King[s]land, Ark. and a lifetime resident of Alexandria, was Owner of Webb Realtor. He was a Charter Member of Alexandria-Pineville Board of Realtors, having served as President in 1951 and 1960, a member of Oliver Lodge No. 84 F&AM, Mason, a member of El Karubah Temple and Shrine, the American Legion and the V.F.W. and was a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by his sister, Miss Mertie Reese Webb, Homer, La.; niece, Mrs. Walter C. Fowler, Alexandria; several nephews.
