William C. Sanders

DODSON -- Funeral services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield for William C. Sanders, 57, who died Sunday at his residence in Dodson after a lengthy illness.

Officiating will be the Rev. Edward Smith, assisted by the Rev. Ray Nolan. Burial will be in the Hurricane Grove Cemetery.

Mr. Sanders was a native of Winn Parish, a veteran of World War II and a member of the East Winnfield Baptist Church.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Vinna Sanders of Dodson; one son, James Crain of El Dorado, Ark.; one daughter, Mrs. Sue Ingles of Dodson; two brothers, Arvel Sanders and Huey Sanders, both of Winnfield; one sister, Mrs. S. L. Graham of Shreveport; and six grandchildren.
