William Earl Foltz
William Earl Foltz, 71, of 3086 Governors Court Place, died Tuesday at home.
The service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Culley's MeadowWood Memorial Park.
He was a native of Youngstown, Ohio, a U.S. Army veteran, a Methodist, a member of Ancon Masonic Lodge F&AM, Scottish Rite Bodies and Abou Saad Temple, all in the Panama Canal area.
Survivors include his wife, Ida C. Foltz of Tallahassee; two sons, Carey S. Foltz of Pensacola and Lee Foltz of New Orleans.
