Services for William Edward Howard Jr., 61, are 4 p.m. today at First Presbyterian Church in Laurel. He died Monday. Memory Chapel Funeral Home in Laurel is handling arrangements.
Survivors are his wife, Lynn Shouse Howard of Laurel; three duaghters [sic daughters] by Elizabeth Crow Howard, his deceased wife, Harriett Anne Howard, Mrs. J. Lee McCarty Jr., and Mrs. E. Brooks Watson; three grandchildren; a stepson, Robert K. Martin; and a step daughter, Micia Malone Sharpe.
He was Chairman of the Board of Commercial National Bank and Trust Company of Laurel and former president of Mississippi Bankers Association.
Memorials may be made to First Presbyterian Church of Laurel, the American Cancer Society, or to any charity.
