HUMBLE, Texas -- William Edwin ``Son'' Moseley Jr., 93, of Humble, Texas, died Thursday at his home.

He was born April 1, 1911, at Warren, Ark., a son of the late William Edgar Moseley and Dora B. Parnell Moseley.

He was a graduate of Warren High School.

He founded Houstex Fence Co. in 1959.

He was a member of Uvalde Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by two wives, Bessie Rowland Moseley, who died Dec. 10, 1986, and Mary Dale Chambers Moseley, who died Feb. 12, 2003; one son, William Edwin Moseley III; four sisters, Doris Burnham, Jewel Lee, Ozell King and Lynell Hankins; and a stepmother, Lilly Moseley.

Survivors include two daughters, Mary Alice Tullos of Humble and Jo Ann Henderson of Spring, Texas; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Oakland Cemetery at Warren. Burial will be by Frazer's Funeral Home of Warren.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the service at the funeral home.

Moseley Jr., W. E. ``Ed''

W. E. ``ED'' MOSELEY, JR., 93, of Humble, passed away Thursday, January 6, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Moseley was a long time member of the Uvalde Baptist Church, and in 1959 founded the Hous-Tex Fence Company.

He is preceded in death by his first wife of 53 years, Bessie Rowland Moseley, son, William Edwin Moseley, III, and his second wife Mary Dale Tonrey Moseley and his four sisters.

Mr. Moseley is survived by his daughters, Mary Alice Tullos & husband Harold, Jo Ann Henderson & husband Herbert Dale, daughter-in-law, Barbara Moseley, 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and long time friend Gracie Simon.

Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday, January 9, 2005 at the Rosewood Funeral Home in Humble. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 10, 2005 at the Uvalde Baptist Church, 901 Uvalde Rd. with Rev. Galen Cooper officiating. Interment will follow on Tuesday, January 11, 2005 in the Oakwood Cemetery in Warren, Arkansas.
