William F. Foster, 85-year-old retired farmer who died Sunday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Cecil W. Lobdell, 708 Southwest Twenty-fourth street, will be buried at Blanchard following services at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Garrison funeral home. Foster had been a state resident 56 years.
