William H. (Monroe) Graves

WISNER -- Funeral services for William H. (Monroe) Graves, 64, of Wisner were to be held at 3 p.m. today at First Methodist Church of Wisner with the Rev. Alvin Mayo officiating.

Burial was to be in Oakley Cemetery near Gilbert under direction of Winnsboro First National Funeral Home.

Mr. Graves died Thursday at Catahoula Parish Hospital after a long illness.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Florence Graves of Wisner; four sons, Fred Graves of Ferriday, Wilburn Graves of Sicily Island, Huey Graves and Joe Graves, both of Wisner; two sisters, Mrs. Ruby Patin and Mrs. Evie Turquie of Baton Rouge; seven grandchildren.

Pallbearers were to be W. A. Tucker, Eldon Brown, A. C. Richie, Russell Whittington, David Graves and Joey Graves.
