William Histon [sic Hitson], Seagoville, passed away Sunday. Survived by wife, Mrs. Lydia Bell Hawthorne, Seagovile; son, Earl Hawthorne, Crandall; daughter, Mrs. Ray Harvey, Seagoville; sisters, Mrs. J. M. DeMasters, Breckenridge, Mrs. Lillie Russell, San Angelo, Mrs. Grace Smith, Fort Worth; brothers, Lute Hawthorne, Emmett Birchfield, both of Seagoville, Ed Birchfield, Ardmore, Okla.; six grandchildren. Services 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, Missionary Baptist Church, Seagoville. Rev. R. R. Mitchell officiating. Interment Roselawn Memorial Garden.
