Ira Kelly

CARTHAGE -- Ira Kelly, 83, died Thursday at Leake County Extended Care Unit after a lengthy illness. Services are 2 p.m. today at the Wilcox Funeral Home Chapel in Carthage, followed by burial in Freeny Cemetery.

A native of Leake County, Mr. Kelly is survived by his sons, Billy Wayne Kelly and Joe Rance Kelly, both of Carthage, and Jimmy Kelly of Collins; sister, Mrs. Ludi Brantley of Bluff Springs, Calif.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
