William Michael “Mike” Simon

STEPHENSVILLE, LA - Services for William Michael “Mike” Simon, 46, will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, January 8, 2002 at Hargrave Funeral Home Chapel, Morgan City, LA. Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, January 9, 2002 at Antioch East Baptist Cemetery, Calhoun, AR.

Funeral home visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday.

Mike Simon, a native of Shreveport and 23-year resident of Stephensville, died Friday, January 4, 2002. He was a graduate of Byrd High School.

Survivors are his wife, Paula Kim Gunnels Simon, Stephensville, LA; daughters, Mrs. Matthew “Amie Melissa” Strong, Madison, WI and Victoria Elizabeth Simon, Stephensville, LA; father, William “Bill” Simon, Shreveport, LA; mother, Shirley Haire, Dallas, TX and sister, Mrs. Tim “Sherry” Reynolds, Edmond, OK.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. William Ivy, [and] Elma [sic Alma] Simon, and Mr. & Mrs. Guy and Lucy Higdon.
