William P. Shows

WINNFIELD -- Services for William P. Shows will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in the chapel of Southern with Rev. Arthur Robinson officiating. Burial will be in Gorham Town Cemetery.

Shows, 85, of Joyce died at 11:45 Thursday in Humana Hospital. He was a native of Winn Parish and a carpenter. He was a member of Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include one son, Paul Shows of Goldonna; one daughter, Virginia Jordan of Winnfield; one brother, Johnny Shows of Natchez; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until time of services Saturday in the funeral home.
