William Richard Raymond Jr.
William R. Raymond “Little Red”, a native of Mobile, AL, born on December 30, 1927 died on March Thursday, March 10, 2011 at a local nursing home.
He is survived by his sister, Catherine Middleton (Don); brother, George Joseph Raymond; nephew, Don Middleton, Jr.
William was a veteran of the US Navy and worked at L & N Railroad until retirement. “Little Red” was a friend of Bill W. and Dr. Bob for over 40 years.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Rev. Rich Reinsch officiating.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday 12 Noon until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers family request memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
