William Swain Services Held

MERIDIAN -- Services for William Robert Sr., a retired salesman, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Webb Funeral Home. The Rev. Tom McCurley officiated. Burial was in Magnolia cemetery.

A member of the East End Methodist church, Mr. Swain is survived by his wife, Mrs. Dixie Anders Swain; two sons, W. R. Swain Jr. and Neill Swain, both of Meridian; two sisters, Mrs. J. T. Tucker of Meridian and Mrs. Seth Nicholson of Laurel; two brothers, D. M. Swain of Jackson and Eddie Swain of Meridian.
