PLACERVILLE, Calif. -- Services for William T. Henderson Sr. of Placerville were held at 10 a.m. Dec. 27 in St. Patrick's Catholic Church here. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of Chapel of the Pines Funeral Home.

Henderson, 88, died Dec. 22 in his home. He was a native of Lecompte, La., and had lived here for 51 years. He was retired superintendent of Caldor Lumber Co. in Diamond Springs.

Survivors include three sons, William T. Henderson Jr. of Laguna Niguel, James W. Henderson of Novato and Thomas M. Henderson of Miami, Fla.; five daughters, Mrs. Lella McKenzie, Mrs. Lillie Revaz and Mrs. Georgie O'Relli, all of Placerville, Mrs. Flossie Meisel of Burlingame and Mrs. Mary Edna Smith of South Ogden, Utah; one brother, Clarence R. Henderson of Alexandria, La., and one sister, Mrs. Lydia Shaw of Longview, Tex.
