W. T. Curlin Services to Be Saturday

Funeral services for William T. Curlin, 64, of 5708 Kent St., will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Richardson, pastor of Temple Baptist Church, officiating.

Mr. Curlin died at 2 p.m. Wednesday in his residence after a lengthy illness. He was a retired route man for Newspaper Production Co. A native of Texas, he had lived here 32 years and retired in January 1968 after about 20 years service with the agent for The Shreveport Times and Shreveport Journal. He was a member of Temple Baptist Church.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Janice [sic Janis] Richardson and Miss Elsie Lou Curlin, both of Shreveport; one brother, B. W. Johnson of Marerro; and four grandchildren.

The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.

Pallbearers will be Joe Theriot, Thomas Rainbolt, Al Bessinger, Malcolm Rogers, Elgie Rogers and Bill King.
