JONESBORO -- Services for Willie Alvin Lawrence will be at 2 p.m. today in Midway Church with the Revs. Red Russell, Cahoon and Jay Bignar. Burial will be in Midway Cemetery under direction of Edmonds.

Lawrence, 87, of Jonesboro died Monday, April 22, Jackson Parish Hospital.

Survivors include his wife; one son; two daughters, including Billie Mace Smith, formerly of Alexandria; one sister; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Friends may call until time of services today in the funeral home.
