PHILADELPHIA -- Mrs. Buna Savell, 84, a homemaker, died of heart failure Sunday at Neshoba County Hospital.

Services at 10 a.m. Tuesday at McClain-Hayes Funeral Home with burial in Hope Cemetery. Visitation is 2-9 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mrs. Savell, a lifelong resident of Neshoba County, was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include: daughters, Georgie Bell Chunn of Moss Point, and Ollie B. Goldman of Philadelphia; sons, Otha R. Savell and Oliver Savell Jr. both of Philadlephia; brothers, Malcolm Hicks of Little Rock, Arkansas, Gola Hicks of Forrest; and 10 grandchildren, 16 great-granchildren and two great-great-granchildren.

Services for Buna Savell, 84, were held Tuesday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of McClain-Hays Funeral Home. The Rev. Oster Daniels officiated. Burial was in Hope Cemetery.

Mrs. Savell died Sunday in the Neshoba County Hospital. She was a lifetime resident of Neshoba County and was a member of New Bethel Baptist Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Georgie Belle Chunn of Moss Point, and Mrs. Ollie B. Goldman of Philadelphia; two sons, Otha R. Savell and Oliver Savell Jr. both of Philadelphia; 10 grandchildren; 16 great-gandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Malcolm Hicks of Little Rock, Ark. and Gola Hicks of Forest.

Pallbearers were Jerry Griffin, Raymond Savell, David Savell, Tonny Savell, Dacky Savell, and Richie Dalgreen.
