Funeral services for Mr. Willis Winfrey, 84, of Farmerville will be 2:00pm Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Farrar Funeral Home with Bro. Gary Canterberry officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Bernice. Arrangements are under the direction of Farrar Funeral Home of Farmerville.
Mr. Winfrey was a retired Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force.
He was preceded in death by parents: Chester & Denzal Winfrey; wife: Doris Winfrey and 1 son, Brian Winfrey.
Left to cherish his memory: daughter, Margaret WinfreyJohnson & husband, Bobby of Farmerville; 3 sons: MelvinWinfrey of Lynden, WA; Bruce Winfrey & wife, Wendy of Ouray, CO and Danny Winfrey & wife, Jennifer of Shongaloo, LA; 2 sisters: Lucille Beck & husband, Jimmy of Kansas City, MO and Jeannie Kuhn & husband, Jerry of Iowa City, IA; 6 grandchildren: Steven, Keith, Kelsey, Sierra, Kandyce and Tyler and 1 great grandson: Nickalos.
Pallbearers are Keith Johnson, Steven Johnson, Robbie Kuhn, Jay Evans, Robert Elliott and Roddie Evans.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00pm Saturday at Farrar Funeral Home.
