Wilma Ravencraft Schilling

Wilma Ravencraft Schilling, 71, died at 2:35 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2011 at her residence in Mount Hermon.

She was born Jan. 24, 1939 and was a member of Mount Hermon United Pentecostal Church.

She is survived by her husband, Jake Schilling of Mount Hermon; two sons, Myron (Debby) Schilling of Mount Hermon and Perry (Faye) Schilling of Mobile, Ala.; three daughters: Aline (Johnny) Hynes of Vonore, Tenn., Patricia (Earl) Adams of Carthage, Miss. and Marlene (Donny) Copeland of Merryville, Tenn.; two brothers: Kenner Ravencraft of Honolulu, Hawaii and Tommy Ravencraft of Mount Hermon; two sisters, Lula Bellle Conerly of Houston, Texas and Dixie Conques of Franklinton; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Lillie Waller Ravencraft, and a brother, M. L. Ravencraft.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Jan. 19 at Mount Hermon United Pentecostal Church from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m., and continued on Thursday from 9 a.m. until time for the funeral service at 2 p.m., with Bro. Randall Garcia, Bro. Terry Ballard, Bro. Gene Simpkins officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Crain Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
