Mr. Wilmer ``W.O.'' Bishop
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 19, 2011, at Jones and Son Chapel in Moselle for Mr. Wilmer Oscar Bishop, 77, of Moselle, who passed away on October 16, 2011 at Wesley Medical Center. Interment will be in the Soule's Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 18, 2011 from 5:00 P.M. until 8;00 P.M. at Jones and Son Funeral Home in Moselle.
Serving as pallbearers will be Reuben Bishop, Chuck Bishop, Brian Burson, Derek Myrick, Tony Bishop and Edward Jordan.
Mr. Bishop was a member of the Bradley Masonic Lodge of Moselle and a member of the Lacy Kelly VFW Post 3036. He was also a Veteran of the Navy and Air Force in the Korea War.
He is survived by three sons, Ronnie Bishop, wife, Debbie, David Bishop, wife, Candace and Ricky Bishop, wife, Carri, all of Collins; two brothers, Olen Bishop and Glen Bishop.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Kathryn Bishop; a son, Charlie Bishop and his parents, Wilmer Ernest and Mary Ethel Beach Bishop.
