McDONALD, WOODROW W.

Died 8:45 a.m. Thursday, July 13, 1995, at Lane Memorial Hospital, Zachary. He was 80, a native of Wisner and resident of Zachary. He was a retired foreman for Ethyl Corp.

Visiting was held at Baker Funeral Home, 4 to 9 p.m. Friday. Visiting at Galilee Baptist Church, Zachary, 10 a.m. until religious services at 2 p.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Roy W. Davis. Interment in Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.

Survived by wife, Artie Richardson McDonald; two sons, Gary W. and Richard C. McDonald, both of Baker; two sisters, Margie M. Jones, Dallas, and Beverly M. Phillips, Moore, Okla.; a brother, Stanley McDonald, Fort Worth, Texas; four grandchildren, Karen McDonald Ward and Tony McDonald, both of Baker, Tonya McDonald Farris, Greenwell Springs, and Douglas McDonald, Norwood; and seven great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by parents, Anthony and Myrtle McDonald.

Pallbearers will be Joe Ward, Doug McDonald, Tony McDonald, Ron Farris, Blackie Bennett and Jake Bernard. Honorary pallbearers are Jim Richardson and Cliff White.
