WREN R. FREEMAN

SUMMIT -- Services for Wren R. Freeman, 76, were held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Montgomery Baptist church and burial was in the church cemetery with Catchings Funeral Home in charge.

A resident of Route 4, Summit, Freeman was a native of Franklin county.

Survivors are four sons, William Freeman, Summit, Mike Freeman, Ponchatoula, La., Jack and Donald Freeman, both of Denham Springs, La., five daughters, Mrs. Frank Chisholm and Mrs. Edward Carter, both of Summit, Mrs. Cecil Brown, Metairie, La., Mrs. Edward Muirhead, Selma, Ala., and Mrs. Clifton Chisholm, Denham Springs; two brothers, Alcus Freeman and Hosie Freeman, both of Summit; four sisters, Mrs. Stella Wallace, Miss Ocie Freeman, Miss Dixie Freeman, all of Summit; and Mrs. Edith Britt, Jackson; 20 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
