MRS. WYNEMA McKINLEY

Wynema McKinley, 57, Route 1, Soso, died Wednesday of a gunshot wound.

The funeral service will be held today at 1:30 p.m. from Jones Funeral Home, Ellisville, with the Rev. Herbert Kinmon and the Rev. James Beck officiating. Burial will be in Union Line Cemetery.

Mrs. McKinley was the widow of Harvey L. McKinley. She was a lifelong resident of Jones County and an active member of the Soso First Baptist Church.

Survivors are one son, James O. McKinley of Atlanta, Ga.; one daughter, Mrs. Grover (Evelyn) Knighten of Horn Lake; her mother, Mrs. Grace S. Ellzey of Taylorsville; her father, Dock Ellzey of Route 4, Laurel; one brother, James O. Ellzey of Taylorsville; two sisters, Mrs. Odell Wester of Atlanta, Mrs. Syble Garcia of Monterry [sic Monterey], Calif., and three grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Mitchell Holifield, Oliver Windham, Carol Sims, Leonard Ingram, Lawrence Ingram and Bobby Williamson.

Jones Funeral Home, Ellisville, is in charge of arrangements.
