Zelma ``Tam'' Ross

IDA, LA - Services for Zelma ``Tam'' Ross, 82, will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, November 11, 2002 at McGuire Funeral Home Chapel. Officiating will be Rev. Calvin Cantrell. Burial will follow at Bethsaida Cemetery, Ida, LA.

Visitation will be from 6 until 8 p.m., Sunday, November 10 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Ross died Friday, November 8, 2002 at the Guest House of Bossier after a lengthy illness. She was born November 12, 1919 in Victoria, LA and was a resident of Ida, LA for 45 years. Mrs. Ross was a member of Bethsaida Baptist Church, Ida, LA and member of the Gideons Auxillary. Mrs. Ross dedicated her life to her family.

Survivors include her daughter, Melinda Baker and husband Les of Ida, LA; sisters, Pauline Walden of Bossier City, LA, Bette Skinner of Converse, LA; brothers, R. G. Mixon of Homer, LA, Jim Mixon of Colorado, Bob Mixon of Elysian Fields, TX; grandchildren, Sarah Baker, Richard Baker, Shannon Williams; and five great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Rudolph Shaw, Ronnie Carroway, Richard Baker, Oscar Williams, Namon Shipley, Jimmy Don Mitchell, David Walden, Dickie Walden.
