Mrs. Joe A. Jackson

Mrs. Joe A. Jackson, age 46, died at Hardy Wilson Memorial Hospital Saturday, August 20, 1955. Mrs. Jackson the former, Znobia Kemp, was born August 12, 1909 in Leake County.

Funeral Services were held from the First Pentecostal Holiness Church in Crystal Springs on Monday, August 22, at 10 A. M. with Rev. E. F. Seale, Rev. J.C. Hackley of Crystal Springs and Rev. Hunter Whittington of Terry, officiating. Interment was in the city cemetery.

Mrs. Jackson is survived by her husband and nine daughters, Mrs. Norman Jackson and Mrs. Dillard McManus, of Crystal Springs; Mrs. W. H. Phillips, McKinney, Texas; Mrs. Joe H. White of Hazlehurst; Mrs. Eloise Crappes, Jackson; Mrs. Marvin Williams, Elgin Air Force Base Fla.; Mrs. J. L. Whatley Natchez; Misses Linda and Gail Jackson of Gallman. Two sons, Joe Dee Jackson of San Juan Puerto Rico; and Larry Jackson of Gallman. Her mother, Mrs. C. C. Kemp of Florence; four sisters and 2 brothers.
