Be it remembered that I Louisiana (Hawthorn) Taunton wife of Azor Taunton and a resident of the parish and State afore said I have this day assigned over all my undivided interest and claim in and to a certain Spanish grant or request from Ruben Sackett to William Hawthorn, decd, and known as the Old Mill Place Sitwate in said parish of Catahoula and containing six hundred and forty acres unto Jessee Allbritton also of the above residence who is present accepting for himself To have and to hold unto him the said Jessee Allbritton his heirs and assigns forever.
In faith whereof the said parties have hereunto subscribed there names in presence of two witnesses of lawful age and domicil. On this 11 day of Dec 1858.
