The State of Ala., Tallapoosa County.

Know all men by these presents that I HENRY TAUNTON for and in consideration of the love and affection which I bear toward my beloved sons F.M. TAUTON, H.J. TAUNTON and A.J. TAUNTON the following described real estate to wit the W 1/2 of the SW 1/4 Sec (27) T (22) of Range (21), also NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Sec (27) T (22) of R (21), also the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section (27) T (22) of Range (21), also the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Sec (23) T (22) of R (21) Two hundred and Eighty Acres more or less. To have and to hold to the said F.M. TAUNTON, H.J.D. TAUNTON and A.J. TAUNTON their heirs and assigns forever In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 9 day of Feby 1880.
