Hester-Holmes

Mr. and Mrs. Ples G. Hester, Jr., of Pearl announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Jessica Maria Hester of Hattiesburg, to Brian Michael Holmes of Hattiesburg, son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg Holmes of Gulfport.

The couple will exchange vows on May 23, 2009, at McLaurin Heights United Methodist Church in Pearl. A reception will follow the ceremony at Fox Bay Clubhouse on Northshore Parkway.

Miss Hester is the granddaughter of Ethel M. Hester of Bay Springs and the late Ples G. Hester, Sr., and the late Gandy and Myrtis McCormick.

Mr. Holmes is the grandson of James J. and Gloria Jochen of College Station, TX, and the late Dr. and Mrs. Holmes.

Jessica is a graduate of the University of West Alabama with a bachelor's degree in Sports Medicine.

Brian is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor's degree in Coaching.

After a honeymoon trip to Reviera Maya, Mexico, the couple will reside in Hattiesburg.
