Alisha Michelle Howard and Jeremy Lathe Harrell, both of Denham Springs, are pleased to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage. They plan to wed June 7, 2008, at Stage 1 in Baton Rouge.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Rusty Howard and Angela Gaudet, both of Denham Springs. She is the granddaughter of Russell Howard and the late Dot Howard of Holden and Judge and Mary Girlinghouse of Walker. She is a 2001 graduate of Live Oak High School and will graduate from Southern University School of Nursing in December of 2008. She is employed as an ER tech at Riverwest Medical Center in Plaquemine.
The groom-elect is the son of Rudy Harrell of Alaska and Deborah Alizadeh of Denham Springs. He is the grandson of Hattie and Royal Lamb and Chester and Norma Harrell, all of Baton Rouge. He is a 2000 graduate of Live Oak High School. He medically retired from the U.S. Army in 2007 as an army sniper. He is currently employed with Doug Owen Inc.
