Brad Willamson and Laura Johns

Tommy Johns and Vicki and Mike Banks of Pittsburg are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Johns of Dallas, to Brad Williamson, also of Dallas. Parents of the prospective groom are Kent and Donna Williamson of Longview. Grandparents of the bride-to-be are June Johns and the late Charles Johns of Pittsburg and Jenette Thompson-Goss of Mount Pleasant. Brad is the grandson of Verdelle Williamson of Springdale, Ark. and the late Arlie Williamson, and Peggy Sikes of Alexendria, La., and the late Ardis Ray Sikes. Laura is a graduate of the University of North Texas. Brad is a graduate of Southern Methodist University. The couple plan a Saturday, Apr. 8, 2006, ceremony to be held at Marie Gabrielle Gardens in Dallas.
