June Wedding Is Planned By Jewel Jones, Larry Blair

WAYNESBORO, Miss. -- Mr. and Mrs. Grady Henderson Jones of Waynesboro announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter Jewel Lavonne to Larry Jennings Blair of Shubuta, Miss., son of Mr. and Mrs. Mrs. Harry Walker Blair of Santa Anna, Calif.

Miss Jones is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Audrey Mclnnis and Mrs. Robert Brown Jones and the late Mr. Jones of Waynesboro.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Waynesboro-Central High School. She attended Charm School at Ole Miss and participated in the Wayne County Forestry Queen Contest. Miss Jones also attended Jones County Junior College and is presently employed in the data processing department of Wayne Manufacturing Co.

Mr. Blair is a graduate of Zack Huggins High School at Quitman and attended Tustin Union High School in California. He was a member of the Golden Glories(?) on the Hattiesburg team. He is presently employed by the Masonite Corporation in Laurel.

Mr. Blair is the grandson of Mrs. Marion Franklin Jennings and the late Mr. Jennings of Lavaca, Ark. and Mrs. William Walter Blair and the late Mr. Blair of Shubuta.

They will pledge their nuptial vows on Sunday, June 2, in the memorial chapel of the First Baptist Church of Waynesboro at 3 p.m.

Friends and relatives are invited through the medium of the press to the wedding and the reception following the ceremony at the Dawsey Hall of the church.
