William Fletcher Hart on Aug. 25, 7:30 p.m. at
St. Luke's United Methodist Church. Rev. Charles C.
Hayes Jr. officiated at the double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Inez Lowrey of
Tuscaloosa, Ala. and the late Mr. Albert H. Lowrey.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Hart,
8462 68th Way N, Pinellas Park.
They will reside in St. Petersburg.
