Wedding: Anderson and Prestridge

Jennifer Taylor Prestridge and Scott Edward Anderson were married Saturday, Feb. 23, 2008, at 3 p.m. at St. Richard Catholic Church, in Jackson, with the Rev. Michael O'Brien officiating.

Parents of the couple are Mr. David Taylor Prestridge and Mrs. Delphine Voss Prestridge, both of Natchez, and Mr. and Mrs. James Lawrence Anderson of Georgetown.

Grandparents are the late Mrs. Johnnie Harrist, the late Mr. and Mrs. Axel Voss, all of Natchez, and the late Mr. Davis T. Prestridge, of Olla, La., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Sebren of Mount Olive and the late Mr. and Mrs. R.G. Anderson of Prentiss.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a strapless ivory gown, detailed with organza overlay and satin trim. Her cathedral length veil edged in ivory silk cording.

Dane Prestridge Mallette served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Prestridge Mattox and Leigh Prestridge Hinton.

Rachel Elizabeth Mallette was flower girl.

James Lawrence Anderson, the groom's father, served as best man. Groomsmen were Robert Lawrence Anderson and Stanley Duane Ethredge.

Program attendants were Erica Anderson, Hannah Anderson and Rainey Anderson.

After a wedding trip to the Riveria Maya, Mexico, the couple will live in Madison.
