Pfc. Don C. Fuller, Jr., Married in California

Word has been received here of the marriage of Pfc. Don Fuller, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Don C. Fuller of 208 N. Church, Fayetteville, to Miss Iris Whitehead, formerly of Monroe, La., and Wichita Falls, Texas. The ceremony was performed March 30 at the Presbyterian church at Monterey, Calif., by Rev. Stewart Campbell Potter, pastor.

The bride attended school in Louisiana and in Galveston, Tex., where she received her degree as a registered nurse. Private Fuller is a graduate of Fayetteville high school and a former student at the University of Arkansas, where he was a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He was employed at the Jerry Lewis clothing store in Sherman before his enlistment in the army in 1942.

The young couple will live in Monterey while Private Fuller is stationed at Camp Ord.
