Switches in TPCSIM_SW

1. AVAL - Avalanche flag. The values for the flag are: 0 for no avalanche fluctuations, 1 for Ploya fluctuations (CPU intensive), and 2 for Gaussian fluctuations (less CPU intensive). The default value is 2.
2. EXB - flag. The values for the flag are: 0 to ignore effects, and 1 to take the effects from a lookup table. The default value is 1.
3. ISEED - Random number seed used in the avalanche fluctuations. The default value is 54321.
4. ITHRESH - ADC threshold in ADC counts. This should be set to match the experiment's hardware threshold (6 or 7). The default value is 7.
5. OUTP - Selects where to output the data from the slow simulator. The values of the flag are: 1 selects the *.BDF file, and 2 selects the DTS_RAW table. The default value is 2.
6. DIFN - RMS transverse diffusion in m/. The default value is 540.
7. DRFTV - Drift velocity in cm/sec. The default value is 5.5.
8. GAIN - Gain. This factor sets the gas gain in the TPC. The default value is 5000.1.00 1.45
9. RNOISE - RMS noise in units of ADC channels. The default value is 2.2.
