Switches in TRK_SIM_SW

1. IGEANT_MIN_HITS - The minimum number of hits in the TPC for a GEANT track to be considered a possible-to-find track for the purposes of writing to the TRACKS table by TRK_SIM. The default value is 10.
2. WRITE_TRACKS - A flag to control if the output from the TRK_SIM module is written into the TRACKS table. If 1 then the TRACKS table is overwritten; if 0 then the TRACKS table is ignored (however, the GEANT_TRACKS and GEANT_TRACK_SUM tables are updated). The default value is 1.
3. DEDX_SCALE - Used to scale the dE / dX information from GEANT in TRK_SIM in a manner similar to the standard track finders (e.g., TRK). The value used has to be chosen to match the track finder is it desired to simulate.
4. PRINTF - A flag used to control printing of messages in TRK_SIM. Positive values enable more debugging output (until a maximum of 10). A value of zero gives the standard output. Negative values disable more error and warning messages until a value of -10, which disables all output. The default value is 0.
