The TRACKDBG table, and the closely related GEANTDBG table are filled in by the EOSGX routine TRK_EVALUATE. The data for this table are taken from the TRACKS and GEANT_TRACKS tables, using the information in the HITS table to decide which track finder and GEANT tracks make the best match.
This table assumes that track finder tracks are correct and finds the best GEANT match.
