*The 1900 census and some other records indicate that Rufus F. ARINDER was born APR 1855. However, the 1860, 1870, and 1910 census records indicate that he was born about 1858 or 1859. Since the 1850 census indicates that his mother, Minerva HOGAN, was born about 1843, it is more likely that he was born in APR 1858 or APR 1859 than APR 1855.
