Overview

Students enrolled in Kent's Pre-Engineering Program devote a major fraction of their effort to courses in Math and Physical Science which lay the foundation for later specialized work in engineering.

The Pre-Engineering Program is administered by the Department of Physics, and the Pre-Engineering Adviser is Prof. Bryon Anderson. Students who are considering pre-engineering can direct inquiries to the Pre-Engineering Adviser or to Ms. Chris Kurtz in the Physics Departmental office. All declared Pre-Engineers should meet with the Pre-Engineering Adviser at the earlier opportunity to map-out their course schedules.
